"From the initial enquiry for a quote to the completion of installation of our ducted air conditioning, Our appreciation goes to all ACWA personnel involved. Lee contacted us without delay to arrange for a quote. Two days before the installation the unit was delivered. Sacha and his team arrived promptly on the day of installation and they started work immediately and worked non-stop until completion. During this time the service was excellent- professional, polite, helpful and friendly,plus vacuuming before they left. "ACWA has recently installed Fujitsu Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning into my residence....of the quotes i received I was most inmpressed with the proferssional presentaion of ACWA. It specified my options along with appropriate pricing schedules. During the decision process I contacted ACWA on several occasions and was impressed with their speedy and courteous response to my email and phone queries.....on the day of installation the first team arrived at the appointed time and began the task of installing the ducting and outlets etc.
We were impressed with their efficiency and knowledge of the job to be done and their consideration for our property during the installation process. When the job was finished they cleaned up after themselves......following the installation there was a requirement for ACWA to revisit, at our request, on a couple of occasions to tweak the system to its maximum potential. Their after sales service and response was prompt and couteous with careful consideration for our needs and requirements. We were thoroughly satisfied with the way ACWA conducted the whole process from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is contemplating the installation of airconditioning to their home".....Mike, High Wycombe

I actually had to tell them to stop working so that I could provide them with morning tea (much to their surprise and delight).The added bonus was Josh who vacuumed the dust from all the rooms. I asked him if he would clean my windows as well, but that went down like the proverbial lead balloon – ha ha !
